Can we start with just one workstream?

Yes. Start with the part of the project that needs us. Each workstream is available separately. Migration and reporting together are $425k; all except reporting are $425k; all except migration are $200k. We confirm scope before fixing the project price.

Can you work alongside our implementation partner?

Yes. We take on the data work alongside your solution team, under your partner’s name or ours. A named principal stays in the work every week. Bring us into a new implementation, an expansion or a project that needs a rescue.

What does AI do, and what do we keep?

AI helps capture rules with their sources, carry approved decisions between workstreams and flag contradictions. A named person approves decisions that affect money, security or go-live. You keep the project memory in plain text you own, ready for your next team or tool.
